Who is allowed to give you any paid immigration consultancy services ? If you hire any person, in exchange for a fee, to offer you any advice, assistance or representation in connection with any Canada immigration application or a proceeding including Express Entry Submission, that hired person must be authorized under Canadian law to provide such advice, assistance or representation.
Usually, the unauthorized representatives know that they are not authorized to provide Canada immigration services. Therefore, they act like
ghost representatives and are recultant to disclose their identity while filling your immigration forms. In case you are hiring an unauthorized
representative in connection with our immigration application, you are at a greater risk of being a victim to immigration fraud.
If an unauthorized, ghost representative gives false or misleading information in your application, such unauthorzed service provider will never
indicate his/her identity in your case file. You will become personally responsible for all the misinformation provided in your application even if
your unauthorized representative completed it for you. If you provide misleading or false information in your application, it could be refused. In
additon, you may be become inadmissible to Canada.
